Rigid PU Thermal Insulation Foam — IN Series

Rigid PU Thermal Insulation Foam — IN Series

Product Description

rigid polyurethane foams from the IN series for advanced thermal insulation, model manufacturing, volume filling, and buoyancy. Applied through pouring, spraying, or ready-for-use boards.

The IN series includes a wide range of rigid polyurethane foams that offer the highest thermal insulation capacity for construction and industrial applications. The systems are designed to maintain thermal and structural stability over decades, even in challenging environmental conditions.

  • thermal insulation — the forefront of thermal and economic savings through the use of state-of-the-art technology.
  • structural strength — exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and high adhesion capacity to various substrates.
  • stability and durability — proven solutions over decades for diverse and challenging environmental conditions.
  • advanced technology — combines special insulation materials with high insulation capacity without damaging the environment.
  • closed cells — preventing insulation gas leakage while ensuring excellent moisture resistance and minimal water absorption.
  • flexible application — diverse application configurations including field spraying, industrial pouring, volume filling, as well as ready-for-use rigid PU boards and half-pipe sections.

Insulation Principle and Structure

The thermal superiority of the series stems from dedicated technology that combines:

  • Special insulation gas — featuring high thermal insulation capacity without environmental damage (Global Warming Potential / GWP < 10).
  • Closed-cell structure — the foam consists of a high percentage of closed cells, preventing insulation gas leakage and ensuring excellent moisture resistance and minimal water absorption.
  • Long-term stability — due to the rigid spatial structure and inherent durability of the polyurethane compound, insulation properties and dimensional stability are maintained over decades across a wide range of challenging environmental conditions.

Application Methods and Technology

The system can be applied in three primary configurations based on project needs:

  • Spraying — creating a continuous insulation shell without thermal bridges on the desired surface. The foam adheres well to diverse substrates (concrete, tin, sealing) during spraying, eliminating the need for additional laying and bonding work. High execution rate, adapting to any shape. Performed by professionals with designated machinery.
  • Pouring and filling — filling products (e.g., refrigerators), cavities (A/C piping), or manufacturing panels in continuous or discrete lines. The foam is injected into the required cavity, creating a lightweight element with high mechanical strength. The in-product process saves laying and bonding time as the foam adheres during the rapid polymerization process.
  • Boards and half-pipe sections — supplying finished rigid foam after polymerization, pre-cut to precise dimensions for insulating pipes, tanks, or surfaces. Can be used without training or special tools; easy to bond and suitable for machining.
