2. Nature of the Website and Limitation of Professional Liability

2.2. Lack of Engineering/Chemical Advice: The information appearing on the website (including in articles, Technical Data Sheets – TDS, and Material Safety Data Sheets – MSDS) does not constitute professional, engineering, chemical, safety, or legal advice. The Company clarifies that the information on the website must not be relied upon for structural design, load calculations, fire resistance, or any other critical application without obtaining prior written approval from a certified engineer on behalf of the Company or an external consultant.
2.3. Variance in Results: Technical data presented on the website (such as: expansion coefficients, R-values for insulation, material density, curing time, etc.) are based on laboratory tests under controlled conditions (Standard Lab Conditions). In practice, field conditions (humidity, temperature, wind, applicator skill, type of substrate) may lead to materially different results.
2.4. User Responsibility: The user bears full and exclusive responsibility for verifying the suitability of the products for their needs, and for conducting preliminary field tests prior to full-scale application.
2.5. Images and Illustrations (AI): It is hereby clarified that some of the images, renderings, and visuals appearing on the website were created or processed using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and are intended for marketing illustration purposes only. These images must not be relied upon as an accurate representation of the products, their shades, the method of field application, or the final result, and there may be discrepancies between the visual illustration and the actual products.
3. Safety and Use of Hazardous Materials
3.1. Safety Warning: The Company’s products include industrial chemicals (including isocyanates and polyols) that may be hazardous if used incorrectly. It is mandatory to review the most updated Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS) before any use.
3.2. Protective Equipment: The use of the materials requires the use of full and standard Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The Company shall not be liable for bodily injury, health, or property damage caused due to non-compliance with safety procedures, poor ventilation, or exposure to materials without proper protection.

10.2. The exclusive and unique place of jurisdiction in any matter and dispute concerning the website, its use, and these regulations is vested solely in the competent court in the city of Haifa. The parties hereby expressly exclude the local jurisdiction of any other court across the country.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1. Partial Invalidity: If any provision of these regulations is determined by a competent court to be illegal or unenforceable, this shall not invalidate the remaining provisions of the regulations, and said provision shall be replaced by a legal provision that is closest in its economic and legal meaning to the original intent.
11.2. Assignment: The Company may assign, transfer, or endorse its rights and obligations under these regulations to any third party, without the need to notify the user. The user may not transfer their rights.
11.3. Waiver: No waiver, refraining from action, or granting of an extension by the Company shall be considered a waiver of its rights under these regulations or under any law, nor shall it prevent future claims.
